A Brief

History

Giuliana Mancinelli Bonafaccia created her eponymous jewelry brand in 2011 after completing coursework in Gemology at IGI Antwerp.

As jewelry designer the first approach was focused on the creation of ne jewelry, mainly working with colored stones, diamonds and stingray. Then introducing unconventional materials such as: carbon ber, druzy agates dipped in titanium and resins, using them in the collection “Jack in the Pulpit”.

Inspired by the artworks of two important American artists: the painter Georgia O’Keeffe and the photographer Edward Weston, the collection was of cially presented in July 2013 in an exhibit at Embassy to the United States in Rome and after in St. Petersburg.
